Justin Gaines is a Managing Director at BHMS. Justin leads the firm’s investor relations efforts and is involved in a range of business development and operational initiatives for both BHMS and its portfolio companies.

Prior to joining BHMS, Justin co-founded a multi-family office in New York City where he was integral to the firm's investment, compliance and business development efforts. Justin began his career as an investment strategist at Neuberger Berman. In his role at Neuberger Berman, Justin worked closely with individuals, families and institutions on all aspects of investment policy and portfolio implementation.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Middlebury College.
